1/10/2013-Catholic Charities received application, should be assigned social worker on Tuesday.

2/19/2013-Adoption Education Class for home study completed.

2/21/2013- Set up dates with Social Worker for March 8^th and Adoption Class  March 21^st

3/5/2013-Vulnerable Children Class

3/6/2013-Cultures Essay Complete, 7insights/7 gifts completed

3/7/3013-Shannon, Kai, and Keilana Medical Reports Completed

3/8/2013-First Meeting with Social Worker

3/17/13-Decided to Change to China Waiting Program to adopt a little 3 ½ yr old boy

3/18/13-LOI to CHINA for Lu JIN Yi

3/19/13-Applied for new birth certificates, marriage license and started getting items for dossier

3/21/13-Adoption Meeting for homestudy

3/21/13-PA approved from China-we have our son!

3/21/13-Received 2 updates photo’s of him! W e r in bliss!

3/25/13-Home visit with Social Worker

3/27/13-Name: Kainoa Jinyi Mahiai

4/10/13-Mailed paperwork to AAC for I800A

4/16/13-Homestudy approved!!!

4/24/13-I800A to Immigration!!!!

6/18/13-I800A approval

6/21/13- Received 797 (I800A approval)

7/8/13-DTC

8/13/13-OOT

8/23/13-LOA

9/3/13-I800 Receipt Date (Theo's Birthday)
